Compass Eko Trust named Inclusive Trust of the Year at the TES Awards 2026

We are incredibly proud to share that Compass Eko Trust has been named Inclusive Trust of the Year at the prestigious TES Schools Awards 2026.

Inclusion is not an add-on in our Trust; it is the foundation of everything we do. Our “Inclusive by Design” approach brings together mainstream and specialist expertise, ensuring every child and young person is supported, challenged and able to thrive.

Judges recognised the strength of our model, particularly our deep collaboration with families and communities, and our commitment to ensuring that no child or young person is invisible in assessment.

Across our schools, specialist teachers, therapists and leaders work alongside teachers and support staff to build confident, adaptive practice, supported by curriculum and assessment frameworks that value every learner’s journey. This has led to strong outcomes for pupils with SEND and from disadvantaged backgrounds, high staff retention, and overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents and carers.

We are proud to contribute to the wider system through partnerships and sector work, sharing our practice to support inclusive education beyond our own Trust.

We’re incredibly grateful for this award, which reflects the shared commitment of our team to ensuring that every child and young person belongs, achieves, and thrives - without exception.
