Compass Eko Trust launches new five-year strategy

Compass Eko Trust has launched All Achieving, Without Exception: The Compass Eko Trust Strategy 2026-2031, setting out its shared direction and priorities for the next five years.
The strategy sets out a shared ambition to build great schools where every child and young person flourishes, every colleague thrives and everyone belongs, all underpinned by the Trust’s values of Excellence, Inclusion, Kindness and Integrity.
Three priorities will guide the Trust’s work over the next five years: Belonging, Equity and Thriving.
The strategy has been developed through engagement with trustees, governors, Trust and school leaders, staff, children and young people, parents and carers. Feedback from these groups has directly influenced the final strategy, including stronger commitments around community voice, SEND, staff development and the way progress will be measured.
The Trust will report on its progress annually and formally review the strategy at its mid-point in 2029.
You can hear our joint Chief Executive Officers, John Camp OBE and Rebekah Iiyambo OBE, giving more detail about the strategy in this video. You can also read it in full here.
