Five process steps

2	Shortlisting We assess applications carefully. Shortlisted candidates are contacted within two weeks of the closing date.
3	Selection We will share full details of what to expect — format, location, who you will meet and what to prepare.
4	Decision We contact you by phone or email, give you time to review the offer and answer any questions you have.
5	Welcome Aboard Pre-employment checks completed, start date confirmed and induction planned before your first day.
