Recruiting The Very Best

Compass Eko Trust is a family of 28 schools working as one system to improve outcomes for every child.

We believe that where a child starts should never determine where they end up. Our commitment is clear: every child achieving, without exception. Through a knowledge-rich curriculum, strong professional collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence, we work together to secure the best outcomes for all children.

Our schools sit at the heart of everything we do. The Trust exists to bring clarity, consistency and support so leaders can focus on delivering excellent education in their communities. As a civic Trust, we play an active role in our local communities while maintaining each school’s identity.

PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

We are committed to the ongoing development of our staff, recognising that this directly improves the quality of education for our children.

You will be part of a professional learning community that values collaboration, research-informed practice and continuous improvement.

Our structured development offer includes:

  • Leadership programmes, mentoring, workshops and conferences
  • Opportunities to work across schools or shadow colleagues
  • Opportunities to observe practice and learn from others
  • You are supported not only to be effective in your current role, but to develop and progress over time.

“Sharing expertise and adapting teaching at scale has become seamless across the Trust.”
